Student Directory

Douglass Elementary utilizes Help at School to host our online parent student directory.

If your student is enrolled at Douglass Elementary, please be on the lookout for an email from Help At School inviting you to opt-in or opt-out of the directory. The e-mail should be easy and self-explanatory but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the school office. This will be THE ONLY WAY for other’s to get your family’s contact info through the school. (Think: birthday parties, new friends for play dates, etc.) To be listed in the directory, you will have to Opt-IN.

You can also go directly to BVSD.HelpatSchool.com to register! All it takes is an email address & a quick confirmation link. Be sure to use the same email address you provided when registering your child at Douglass Elementary (on Infinite Campus). Just click this link to Help at School, and click on Login or Create Account, and follow the instructions.

We are also using Help at School as our one-stop-shop for parent volunteer opportunities at the school, so while you are there please visit the Sign-Up page to see if there are any ways you might like to help out!
