Other Fundraising

The PTO has other smaller scale fundraising events throughout the year including Family Fun Night/Teacher Raffle and Community Promotions.  With the Community Promotions, the PTO makes money from various programs that give money back to the school when Douglass families/friends shop at certain stores.  The largest of these programs is Douglass Dough where Douglass Elementary receives 5% of proceeds spent at King Soopers stores when you use a designated gift card.  Please see the King Soopers tab under Categories in the left hand column for more information on this program.

Family Fun Night/Teacher Raffle

Family Fun Night is a PTO sponsored community event that takes place in February.  It is a fabulous evening for the whole family to come to school for a night of fun.  Historically, the evening has included things like bingo, teacher raffle, and student performances.  The money raised from the teacher raffle and the small fee charged for bingo cards goes to funding the PTO budget for this fiscal year.  Bring the whole family and come and enjoy.  More information will be available as we get closer to the event.

This year, the event will be held on Friday, February 24th starting at 6pm.  Hope to see you all there!!
