The voting results are as follows (9 votes were required to "pass")*:

Passed:
1.    Update Library Book Collection (17 "For" votes)
2.    Library Infrastructure Enhancements -selected improvements not covered by the Bond if necessary (13 "For" votes)**
3.    Air Conditioning Window Units (13 "For" votes)
4.    Tables for Outside Shade Structure (12 "For" votes)
5.    Dolphin Wall, Kindergarten Gardens, Amphitheatre Revitalization (11 "For" Votes)
6.    Snow Removal Equipment (10 "For" votes)

Failed:
1.    Sound Amplification System

* The Quonset Girl's Bathroom project will be covered by Bond funds and therefore was not voted on as part of the SIF.
**  The Bond is expected to cover the majority, if not all, of the Library Infrastructure Enhancements.

Projects will be prioritized based on (1) the number of "For" votes received from the 17 voting members and (2) the amount of funds available in the SIF.  In other words, while it is not the PTO's intent, it may be possible for approved projects to not be funded with the SIF should the SIF funds be depleted with higher ranked projects.

NEXT STEPS: The PTO will now perform further analysis on the approved projects to determine more accurate costs and to develop an implementation plan.  Our goal is to begin work on these projects as soon as possible.
